Diamond Expedition offers complementary express shipping on every domestic (Within the US) order. Each shipment is securely packaged, fully insured, and shipped using only the most highly regarded and reliable courier services.
Shipments are sent via FedEx. We also offer other convenient specialty services, such as expedited shipping (at an additional minimal cost), shipment of gifts to an alternate address upon proper documentation, holding a package for pick-up at a FedEx location, and International shipping (at an additional cost). International shipments are not valid for free shipping and cost will be assessed upon order.
To protect the security of your shipment, we require that an adult signature sign at the time of delivery, regardless of any arrangements you may have with the courier. Our packages are fully insured until delivery at the shipping address. Additionally, to ensure that someone will be available to sign for your package, an e-mail message will be sent notifying you of your tracking number and that your package has been shipped.
Shipping to an Alternate Address
Diamond Expedition understands that there may be times when you are unavailable to receive a package at home, or you might want to have a gift shipped directly to the recipient. In such cases, simply contact your credit card or bank institution to add the alternative shipping address to your account. This security precaution protects our customers from fraudulent activity and will expedite the shipping process.
Hold For Pick-Up Option
If you prefer, we can arrange to hold your package at a local FedEx location to be picked up at your convenience. For your protection, signature and photo identification are required to pick up your shipment. If you would like to have your package sent to a FedEx Hold for pick up location, or to find the FedEx location closest to you, contact an Diamond Expedition representative at 800-510-1538.
Diamond Expedition does ship to APO/FPO addresses but discloses that the package is only insured until the point that it is signed for.
P.O. Box Addresses
Diamond Expedition requires that a physical address is provided for every online order placed, and does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Packaging of Diamonds and Fine Jewelry
Every item shipped from Diamond Expedition will be presented in our stunning packaging accompanied with all related documents, including the appraisal and diamond certificate (if applicable).

We take great pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from diamondexpedition.com. If, however, for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we will gladly refund, replace, or exchange any unworn item(s) within 30* days of delivery date.
The return carrier to use is at the sole discretion of the customer; however recommended shipping carriers are UPS, Federal Express and USPS.
The customer will be solely responsible for any loss or theft during transit to our return center if failing to adhere to the above guidelines

Terms & Conditions (Domestic & International):
Note: All returned items must have the security tag attached on the item; Any item that is returned without the security tag attached will not be accepted. This excludes loose diamond purchases.
Packages of all jewelry items including loose diamonds must be received at our fulfillment center within 30 days from the delivery date.
All returned items must be unworn and undamaged in the original boxes along with the original certificates where applicable. There should be no scratches or marks on the item and no sign of wear; the product should not have been altered in any way. Any items that are received that have been worn, damaged, or altered will not be refundable. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All ORIGINAL diamond certificates (where applicable) and a copy of the original invoice must be included with the package in order for a full refund to be issued. Any package missing the original certificate(s) will be charged a fee of $100.00 per original certificate with no exceptions.
diamondexpedition.com is not responsible for any packages it does not receive, or returns not submitted in accordance with these guidelines.
Payments received by credit card will be refunded the same way. Payments received by bank wire will be refunded by company check. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing after a return is received.
Special orders, such as custom mountings or jewelry pieces that were requested but are not specifically shown on our website, are non-cancelable and non-refundable items.
We have attempted to recreate the appearance of our jewelry on our website as close to reality as possible. Keep in mind that different computer monitors may show variations of product colors and details.
